Does Trip Builder replace the inquiry form?
It is a separate multi-step flow. The floating button is hidden on Trip Builder pages.

How many emails are sent?
One instant thank-you and one delayed email — not a drip series.

Can visitors unsubscribe?
Yes, from the delayed email link only.

Are follow-ups sent for Booked leads?
Delayed email is skipped for Booked and Closed statuses.

CRM

How many CRMs are supported?
Nine: FluentCRM, Jetpack CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Zoho CRM, Klaviyo.

Does CRM sync delete leads in WordPress?
No. Leads remain in the InquiryFlow inbox.

Exit-intent

Which pages show the popup?
WP Travel Engine trip single pages by default.

Does it work on mobile?
Timer trigger yes; mouse exit-intent is desktop only.

Conversion

Does conversion tracking change revenue reporting in WPTE?
No. It updates InquiryFlow lead status and analytics events.

What is departure fallback?
Records a conversion event when departure date passes — does not set Booked status.

Analytics

What date ranges are available?
30, 90, and 365 days in the UI.

How is conversion rate calculated?
Conversions (booked status or conversion event) divided by total leads in range.

reCAPTCHA

Is reCAPTCHA included in Free?
No. Free offers hCaptcha. Google reCAPTCHA requires Pro.
