What is InquiryFlow?
A WordPress plugin for travel sites that adds a floating inquiry button, captures leads in an admin inbox, and emails your team.

Do I need WP Travel Engine?
Recommended. Trip context (title, image, price) and trip-page display rules work best with WP Travel Engine. Basic capture works on posts and pages without it.

Where is the admin screen?
WP Travel Kit → InquiryFlow

Form and capture

What fields does the form include?
Name, email, message (optional), and a required consent checkbox.

Can visitors upload files?
No.

Can I add custom fields in Free?
Not in the standard form. Use InquiryFlow Pro Trip Builder for multi-step custom fields.

Do visitors get a thank-you email in Free?
No. Automated visitor emails require Pro Automated follow-ups.

Inbox

Can I delete a lead?
There is no delete button in the inbox UI. Mark as Closed, use GDPR erase, or wait for retention purge.

What statuses exist?
New, Contacted, Booked, Closed.

How many leads can I export?
CSV export includes up to 5,000 most recent leads.

Display

Can I show the button on only one page?
Disable global post/page display and add the InquiryFlow Button block to that page.

Why two shortcodes [inquiryflow] and [inquiryflow_button]?
They are aliases — same output.

Security

Can I disable the honeypot or rate limit?
No. Both are always enabled.

hCaptcha vs reCAPTCHA?
hCaptcha is included in Free. Google reCAPTCHA requires Pro.

Privacy

How long are leads stored?
Default 24 months; configurable under Data & Privacy (1–120 months).

Does InquiryFlow support GDPR?
Yes — export and erase via WordPress privacy tools.

Pro

What does Pro add?
Trip Builder, follow-ups, CRM sync, exit-intent, conversion tracking, analytics, reCAPTCHA. See InquiryFlow Pro overview.

Does Pro replace Free?
No. Install and activate Free first, then Pro.
